Brief Answer:
No much improvement after taking drugs.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query,

Based on the facts and reports of Semen Analysis of your husband that you have posted it appears that he has Oligoasthenospermia. He has been taking multiple herbal medications and subsequent semen analysis did not show much improvement as far as sperm count and motility is concerned.

To be honest and true there are no drugs in any faculty of medicines Ayurvedic, Homoeopathy or Alopathy that can increase sperm count or motility of sperms. There are many drugs available in market who claim to be effective in increasing sperm count and motility but none of these drugs have proved scientifically to be effective as claimed by them and none of them have been accepted by WHO.

Considering his age I would suggest you to consult qualified Infertility Specialist for detail evaluation and help for newly assisted reproductive techniques like IVF (In vitro Fertilization or Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) for conception.

Do not waste money and time in trying many drugs with hope of improvement in quantity, quality and motility of sperms. It is a futile exercise.

Hope I have answered your query, please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

I have a raised welt on my lower lip that follows the whole length of my lip, forming a ridge. I ve never seen this before. I showed my husband. It s very odd looking, since it forms a long ridge. It reminds me of something exposed to salt and all the liquid was drained from area. I did take some ginseng earlier today.

Hi I'm a 26 year old male who suffered from tubular gynecomasty since I was 15-16 years old. Recently I moved to a larger city where I had health care and better professionals. I went to see a surgeon who sent me to various other doctors to do a lot of test. I reached the local endocrinologist who sent me to do a blood test, when they came back it was determine that I have high prolactin 720 out of 450 in the first measurement, after 15 minutes of waiting they took another prolactine test and it was 712 out of 450.
The endocrinologist doubts that I have a pituitary tumor and prescribed Dostimex pills and an MRI. Unfortunately in my country you wait long to get an MRI so my term is in September 2014. Private MRI's are expensive 350 $ or more.
Do you think that my gynecomastia is tied to high prolactine? If so how come that I had gynecomastia for 11-12 years?
Do you think that I could try some diet changes instead of taking drugs, perhaps some prolactine inhibitors (maca, ginseng, ...)?
Thank you very much

Hello! I am currently taking 225 milligrams of Effexor on a daily basis. I suffer from chronic fatigue and major depressive disorder. I search the internet for what could be a natural energy supplement and found rhodiola and Siberian ginseng. Will there be drug interactions if taking these medications with my effexor. If one of the two will not be detrimental please let me know that also thank you so very much
