Ultrasound showed increased echogenicity with the liver consistent with fatty infiltration. The hepatic surface did not demonstrate any nodularity. No focal masses present. There is no binary dilatation.

You have mild fatty liver, which is seen in many healthy individuals too. ALT is slightly high, presumably because of that only. Albumin 5.0 is fine. It is above the limit but we are not concerned about high albumin but low albumin. So it is fine again.
Weight loss should help, if you are overweight. If you have diabetes or have high fat in blood then control of those will help too.
