Brief Answer:
Atherosclerosis of coronary arteries...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through the coronarography report and everything seemed to be normal except for the presence of atherosclerotic plaque without changes in the coronary blood supply.

The final conclusion: Atherosclerosis of coronary arteries without blockage problems. There is no need for stent but should modify risk factors:
- healthy lifestyle and diet changes
- treat high blood pressure properly

Hope it helped!
