Brief Answer:
Uploaded images appears normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

It is really difficult to interpret from limited number of images because we have to go through the images in sequence.
However, images appear normal. Major pelvic organs like uterus, adnexa, urinary bladder etc appears normal.
Superficial structures also appears normal.

In short, images appear normal but it need clinical correlation.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.

I've gone through all the images and understand your concern,

USG reports are still not attached.
Persistent sinus tract is difficult to manage.Persistence may be due to resistant T.B or poor penetration of drugs in such tracts.
You may need surgical resection as it is not responding to medicines.
