Question: hi,i want to ask my mri reports impression is
intrasubstance tear of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus.
large fluid inthe suprapatellar infrapatellar pouchand lateral patellar recess.
persistent red marrow
what is treatment and can be wid wid physio it will be all right and wid medication

You have a tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus. The presence of the fluid in the bursa is suggestive of an inflammation in the area.
If it is a partial thickness tear then it can heal conservatively with the help of proper rest and using a knee brace.
You need to avoid weight bearing on the knee and give rest for at least 3 weeks. Physiotherapy will be needed after the removal of brace proper healing.
