Question: Download MRI scan reports from here
XXXX.com/uc?id=0ByVhIbVf_AUqZHdrNUdNSmdyS00&export=download

I had sinus surgery few years back. I think RFID/nano bolts/biochip implanted during surgery
into maxilary sinus both left, right, top & brain/skull.plz use search engine for understanding terminology mentioned in message.
I detected major RF(radio signals) signals using Radio frequency scanner .
Major signals near near parietal lobe ,occipital lobes ,cortex , top & right maxillary sinus.
I need ENT/Radiologists/neurologists confirmation of foreign body(not sure is it a metal,
or semiconductor or carbon anything else) before proceeding for surgery.
Size of biochip may be 1 milli meter or micro , thin of hair, rice grain.
Have passed psychometric test.
I can come to your country but it more costly and takes time & visa issues
So better i deposit money in your account .Reports are already in your desk.
Plz give confirmation/poof foreign body presence. I can pay extra money later.
I am in crirtical situation, i will pay 2000$ for your doctors
confirming foreign body( biochp/nano implant/rfid/ICT implant)
in psychosurgery patient. If you can't download files let me know YYYY@YYYY
see notes.txt in following link

Brief Answer:
I do not see any foreign objects inside the sinuses or brain...

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Thanks for posting the query and the images of the MRI and CT scan as well.

I do understand your concern and anxiety. I will try my best to give you an honest opinion about the findings.

I have gone through the MRI images thoroughly and I have found a small polyp present in the floor of the left maxillary sinus. Apart from that, I am not able to see any major problems or any foreign body.

Regarding CT scan, it is more of the brain images than the sinuses. But, even in that I was unable to see any metallic foreign body or implants. To investigate for any metal objects CT scan is the best modality of investigation, which you have already done. It is the same principle which is adopted in the airport while scanning the luggage/baggage. Hence, it is highly impossible to miss any metal implants or objects in that region.

Secondly, if there is fungal sinusitis, the "Charcot Leyden crystals" present in the sinuses can appear like a metal object on CT scan.

Apart from that, it is highly impossible to insert any implants inside the sinuses because of the complex nature of the sinuses and the tiny cavities. During sinus surgery the opening of the sinuses are widened and the cavities cleaned thoroughly, there is not enough space in the sinuses to insert any object. If one has to do that, the medial wall has to be destroyed before implanting. But, in your case, even the wall is intact, hence that possibility is ruled out.

Hope my answer has been helpful to convince you. Dear XXXXXXX kindly revert back to me if you any further doubts.
