You have not provided any sort of details regarding the background of the patient, symptoms faced and the detailed CT report. All of these are important in interpreting a CT.

If it is just a small vague soft tissue in an asymptomatic patient, then it is of little significance. But a soft tissue mass in a person with previous history of cancer can suggest recurrence of disease.
