What Does Muscle Twitching On The Right Side Of The Ribs Indicate?

Question: I have noticed recently muscle spasm/twitches on my right side rib about 4-5 inches below arm pit, about mid bicep with arm hanging down.. No pain associated just annoying random spasms.

Hi and welcome to HCM.
It sounds like spasms of serratus anterior muscle which may be present temporary with no specific cause ,but also if there is progression of symptoms or if this lasts more than 2 weeks,then it may be sign of certain disorders. Most common are, lack of magnesium and calcium so these supplements may be beneficial. Other ,more serious but less common causes would be neuropathies and in case of prolonged symptoms you should do MRI of the cervical spine to rule out compressive neuropathy or cervical disc issues.
