Question: what does it mean " mild pelvicalycial system is dilated in both kidney" and impression is "back pressure changes in both kidneys" what about the treatment

Pelvicalyceal system refers to the site of kidney where the kidney becomes a tube like structure called Ureter through which urine enters.
Dilatation of pelvicalyceal system with back pressure changes means there is some obstruction to urine flow ( partial ) because of which the back pressure is increasing and is causing dilatation of pelvicalyceal system .
Most common cause of this obstruction is kidney stones.
I advise you to get Retrograde pyelography test and revert back with report.

According to my USG report there are no stone found.

USG is not a definitive test . It can show normal results inspite of problem being there if the problem is mild .

I advise you either get CT KUB or Retrograde pyelography test for confirmation.
