Brief Answer:
It is likely to be Renal Cell Carcinoma

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have a Hypoechoeic mass in Rt kidney.reported on ultrasound scanning.

In majority of cases hypoechoeic lesions in the kidney are tumours( mostly Renal Cell Carcinomas) and need to be confirmed by C.T Scanning with contrast studies of Kidney ureter and bladder (KUB)and CT Renal angiography .

As regards urgency for urination and frequency for urination may be due to
1) Fibrous Prostate or Bladder neck obstruction .
2) Over Active Bladder syndrome

This to be confirmed by doing endoscopic examination of bladder (Cystoscopy).

Please go ahead and get these investigations done under guidance of Urologist to confirm the diagnosis.

Further treatment will depend upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Thanks for follow up.
If turns out to be Renal Cell Carcinoma .surgery of Nephron sparing Partial Nephrectomy or Radical Nephrectomy is the only treatment option. This will depend upon extent of the tumour and enhancement reported on CT scan and CT angiography .There is no medical treatment for renal tumours.
