Brief Answer:
need more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I understand your concern.

I have seen your reports.
In my opinion the thickness of endometrium depends on the phase of menstrual cycle.

We need to worry about the cyst only if there are any symptoms.

But anyway I need to know:-
1. Do you get regular cycles? Do you have 28 days cycle or 30 or else?
2. Are you trying to get pregnancy and are you taking infertility treatment?
3. when was your last period?
4. Do you have any pain abdomen and vomiting?

Kindly provide me the information I am ready for further discussion.

Brief Answer:
simple ovarian cyst, treatment might not be needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, I got your information. The reports are showing simple ovarian cyst with minimal pelvic inflammatory disease(PID).

In my opinion simple ovarian cyst need treatment only when:-
1.Cyst size >8 cm.
2.Cyst causing symptoms like pain abdomen, vomiting which are seen when cyst undergo torsion or rupture.
3.Complex ovarian cyst -These cysts have hemorrhage inside the cyst (where as simple cysts have clear fluid without any hemorrhage).

So as you have simple ovarian cyst, treatment might not be required.
Because simple functional cyst are seen commonly in child bearing age.
You might need to monitor for a few cycles by ultrasound abdomen.

doctor might advise you to take oral contraceptive pills(OCP), this kind of medications helps in prevention of new cyst formation.

But OCP don't show any effect on cyst which are already present.

Simple ovarian cyst <5cms usually resolve in 2-3 cycles with out any intervention.
Pain abdomen might be due to either PID or ovarian cyst. If you are overweight then try to reduce your weight.

hope this satisfies your query
