What Does Delayed Period After Taking I-pill Indicate?

Question: Dr. I am 28 year old male. Last week(on august 20th) I had sex with my girl friend, she is 18 years old. Unfortunately the condom had broken. Within 1 hour I gave her 1 Ipill tablet(1.5mg). Her last period was on 29th July. Today is 31st august, still her perieod did not come. Is there any chance of pregnancy? When should us do a pregnancy test? Sir, I want an urgent replay. We are so tensed..pls

If she is positive in pregnancy test, what will be the dead line for medical abortion(or which may be the suitable date)? If we consult a doctor for medical abortion, will they ask any proof for assure we are married? We are afraid because we are not married legally...doctor please I want your answer.
