What Does Clear Penile Secretion In The Morning Indicate?
Question: Hello Doctor
I am suffering from a problrm from last 1 month. I am observing Secretions (thick fluid Transparent in color ) when i wake up in the morning.
I did not face this problem earlier in my life. Doctor 2 months ago i was suffering from swelling on Penis meatus. Now that swelling has been cured but after this now i am facing this seceretion problem. This sceretion comes out whenever i get an erection ( morning erection or erection that occur due to excitement any time in the day).
I visited to a doctor for this problem. He said it's normal. It's a natural phenomena.
doctor i am unable to understand if it's normal then why i am facing this problem now ?
why it has not been happened earlier?
Why these secretion starts coming out after penis meatus swelling has been cured.
why these seceretions are coming out daily?
Is there any side effect on the erection or sperm and semen count if these secretions comes out daily.
Doctor please suggest the best treatment for this.

I think,when there was a bump on your penis. it was due to some infection which caused irritation of para urethral glands . I t has resulted in the secretions. Actually these are released from body when the brain receives erotic signals , to lubricate penis and vagina. Lubrication is a must for successful sex so it is for sure a natural phenomena. if still you have doubt, please get it checked for Gonorrhea by culture and sensitivity . It is a common infection of urethra . Once I come to know about the results of C/S, I can advice regarding effect on sperms.

1. Can i give Urine Sample (Void Urine) for Gonorrhea by culture and sensitivity test??
2. Can a person suffer from Gonorrhea if he/she is not sexually active i.e if they are no involved in Intercourse or sex?? I am asking this question because i am not sexually active and i have not done intercourse or sex till now.

Gonorrea is a sexually transmitted Disease but rarely is it possible through eye
The presentation as described puts a doubt of this common infection otherwise most probably it is pre cum / urethral infection so it is a precautionary step only
