criteria to label you diabetic -
1. fasting >126 mg/dl
2. 2 hr post meal > 200 mg dl
on more than one occasion
3. 75 gm oral glucose load test
so as per fasting 104 you are not diabetic . but to confirm you need to undergo 75 gm glucose load test. (OGTT)

TG 280 is high. increase exercising, decrease high calorie food. like sweets, fried food and also focus on weight loss. obese hypertensive male only 23 yrs, you are very likely to develop all complications of metabolic syndrome. so take care. Regards!

what all i can do to prevent complications of metabolic syndrome.i have started jogging for 2 kms and gym for 15 mins. what foods should i avoid like rice etc.
