What Does A Sudden Onset Of Muscular Pain Indicate?

Question: I had a sudden onset of muscle pain. It began in the back of my right leg, then progressed to my neck shoulders and lower arm. The pain is starting to subside, but now I am stiff. My lower arm and hand are weak also. What do you think is going on? I am also very tired.

This could be a problem in the spine on the neck or a brain problem.

Do get MRI of the cervical spine and CT Scan of brain.

Take Tablet Pregabalin 75mg twice a day for a month. This shall help with the symptoms of compressive neuropathy hot are experiencing.

Do get your Calcium and Vitamin D levels assessed as this could be the cause of your weakness.

Drink plenty of water. Eat balanced diet. Take calcium supplements. Get adequate sunlight exposure.
