Brief Answer:
Some possible causes and suggestions.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

The jello snot may be mucus coming from the bowel.
If you have been having problems like gasses, diarrhea or constipation, you will need to consider doing a test called stool for ova and parasite. It will rule out the possibility of you having a parasitic infection in the bowel.
Also, it may be food, which has been difficult to digest. Think if you have eaten something different from usual these days, because it may be a possibility, especially if it is the first time that you are eliminating that jello substance.

If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.

Regards,
