Brief Answer:
Can also be Inguinoscrotal hernia.Examine & plan

Detailed Answer:
Hi.Thanks for giving me an opportunity for addressing your query.

Lymph node swelling can be a possible diagnosis.Since its painless it is equally important to suspect inguinoscrotal hernia which is most common condition seen in this region.

Physical examination of the swelling gives clear cut differentiation, helps to diagnose and plan further.

If its a lymph node - cause needs to evaluated and treated accordingly
If its a hernia - Surgical repair is the present standard of care.

Hope this answers your query.
