After reading your query and analyzing both the pictures I can make out that your condition is possibly related to "insect bite" or mild folliculitis (inflammation of hair root and oil gland).

As I tried to magnify the picture it got bit out of magnification so I request you to kindly upload few more good resolution pictures of your affected areas so that I can analyze it better. Kindly send good resolution pictures focusing the area of concern which can be seen on higher magnification. Dear young lady,

Thank you so much for sending good resolution picture. In dermatology it is quite very important to see the exact entity either by close physical examination. A higher resolution picture serves as good as close physical examination. That is why I troubled you for the same.

First and foremost do not at all get nervous. In my view it appears to be "insect bite" only. I just wanted to confirm it by a higher resolution picture. It is not a mole because moles are not of red color.

So relieve all your anxiety and just relax first. Out of anxiety you tried to scratch the area and therefore started bleeding and it got excoriated from surface giving red appearance. You can see a pinkish halo around the central red area which is a hallmark of insect bite. The bit of lumpiness is due to inflammation around the area.

Now further I request you to not at all touch the area. It will be turning to black scab in a day or two, heal in 5-7 days and then fall off in 7-10 days period. SO till that time you do not get anxious for anything unusual.

You may take a pain killer tablet which will also serve as an anti-inflammatory agent to reduce the lumpiness and if there is any irritation.
