Brief Answer:
Most probably costochondritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of shifting and lifting heavy objects on March 31, 2013. There was a bulge under the left breast on rib cage which got subsided after some days. You noticed a bulging again at the same spot on 15 April 2013 after vigorous exercises
Now again you have dull pain.
The most probable reason for such an appearance is the inflammation of the underlying rib, the muscles attached with as this area participates in muscle going to area as well as the abdomen, hence under the most strain.

If there is increase in local tenderness on pressure, this diagnosis is confirmed. This is akin to costochondritis.

I would suggest the following treatment.
-Rest to the area by means of strapping with the Adhesive tapes during the deep Expiration phase. This will limit the movement, reduce the pain and give rest for healing to occur.
-Anti-inflammatory medicines like Ibuprofen in full dose as per the weight.
-Steroids if required for its strong anti-inflammatory role.
-Diuretics to reduced the edema.
-Control of stress and anxiety helps a lot.
-Local rubrafacient liniments if the area is not covered by strapping.
-Confirmation of the diagnosis by local Doctor on palpation and clinical evaluation and to get prescription based medicines after discussing the above points.

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis, and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more or if you need further clarifications or if you feel there is a gap of communication.
