Brief Answer:
normal reports

Detailed Answer:
Hello, the reports have stabilized now, though a little on lower side TSH should be 0.4 ideally but as T3 and T4 are normal so we need not to worry now.
Ask her to keep taking taking 100 ug dose daily empty stomach like before.
Its my pleasure to answer to your queries as you monitor her in prescribed manner without missing time.
Keep it up.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
everything is fine

Detailed Answer:
As total t3 and t4 levels are estimated there is no need of fasting status.
These reports are fine and will not interfere in the health of mother and baby or the delivery process.
Keep following same diet and dosage of drugs.
All the best.

Brief Answer:
no harm in operation

Detailed Answer:
In case it is troublesome then you can get it operated with no harm but same precautions.
And ask her to wear open toed footwears and keep hygiene in future because patients with a tendency for ingrowing toe nail can get it repeatedly if not taken care of.
