Brief Answer:
Needs further investigations...

Detailed Answer:
Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

We appreciate your concern...
This may be a normal variation / a defect in the nerve (conduction system) / increase in the size of the left ventricle – from blood pressure / or old heart attack (infarction). It is not possible to predict any further, based on ECG alone
He needs more investigations for proper diagnosis… especially because of the age and history of blood pressure. Isolated conduction defect is harmless / an infarct may mean there could be block in other areas too,..
ECHOcardiogram is necessary to see the heart valves (Mitral Valve Prolapse) / heart muscle (Cardiomyopathy) and heart function (Ejection fraction, wall motion abnormality) / clots...
TMT – Treadmill exercise ECG (may be with thallium isotope) – is necessary to evaluate ischemia (reduced blood flow / Coronary Artery Disease)
If in doubt, an angiogram is the way
If there are no clues and Electro Physiological Studies (EPS) may be necessary…

As a minimum he should go for ECHO and stress ECG – both are non-invasive…

Take care
God bless
