Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The blood pressure that you have mentioned is too low but the pulse rate is normal.
You need to monitor him for symptoms like dizziness, lightheadedness and fainting and in case there is any such problem then attend an ER immediately.

If he is healthy and active, I don't think you need to worry. You can talk to your doctor about the low numbers during the next visit. Let them recheck his blood pressure and if it is again low, then they will need to test the hemoglobin, EKG and other metabolities.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
Dr. Praveen Tayal.
