Brief Answer:
Mild redness is due to steroids and not due to drug interaction

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

Based on the history you have shared, the redness and new changes you have felt can be due to local effects of steroids like kennalog shots and isn't much matter of concern unless severe burning or itching or swelling occurs at the site which may need stopping the medications and consulting your primary physician who prescribed the drug. However since steroids itself are the treatment of allergic reactions at times, so it is very rare incidence to have severe reactions to it itself.

Since you are using bupropion too, this combination doesn't seem to be causing your symptoms but it's not usually recommended as it may lead to seizures in few individuals so better be avoided.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
