Question: Hi..I have problem with my penis.. got white soars with itchy and slight pain.. Can you suggest me how to treat it..

It is looking like fungal infection.

I treat such cases with a combination of oral and topical antifungal medication.
A combination of oral fluconazole tablet 150 mg per week for 4 weeks and ointment clotrimazole to be applied twice daily for the same duration works well.

It is safe and effective.
You can try this in consultation with your doctor.

I have been applying the suggested ointment and taking tablets every week, now there is no pain but the white patch is getting enlarged. Sensing minor pain only during intercourse around the white patch area. Still, I have not consulted any doctor for the problem, feeling shy to speak about it and not sure which doctor to consult - General Practioner or any Specialist.

Please see the photo of the white patch I took today. Can you suggest me how to treat it...
