Brief Answer:
Bleeding due to unwanted 72

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
1. This vaginal bleeding is due to the effect of unwanted 72, due to its hormonal action on the uterus.
2. The pregnancy is ruled out, as the pregnancy test is negative 14 days after intercourse.
3. Vomiting and dizziness is due to the hormonal effect of unwanted 72. There is no chance of pregnancy as the urine pregnancy test is negative.
4. You should take regular birth control pills from the first day of your next periods.
5. You will get your next periods in 2-3 weeks of the expected period date, taht is around 21-28 January.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

What would be LMP 7/Dec or 5 XXXXXXX
What I understand is bleeding I got on 5 XXXXXXX is withdrawl bleeding.
I am confused because this bleeding was near to my expected period 7/Jan.

What if I start regular birth control pill now. Is there any harem in it?How this will effect?
Wll I get my periods after stopping birth contol pill i.e. after 24 days or still on 21-28 XXXXXXX

and also, today i got my full abdomen ultrasound done(stomach problem).
In that indicated 'no focal lesion in Uterus'. Does that confirm that I am NOT Pregnant. Can ultrasound confirm at this stage?

Uploaded my ultrasound report.
