What Do These Following Lab Reports Indicate?

Question: hi , my wife age : 30 , diagnoised with tubercolosis after c-section sever cough & fevers this year april by CT scan & some tests(blood , esr) not biopsy. Was under medication 3 months ( AKT tablets ) and then took scan again on 31/7/2015, had remarkable improvement doctor told, no cough was there at all there after 1 month of initial tablets.. from 1/8/2015 til 30/10/205 was under vitamin , some mild dose tablets .. Suddenly cough is back from last 10 days .. Again today done Pulmonary test. Report says - pulmonary function report - severe restrictive pattern indicated by the reduction in fvc with preservation of the fev1/fvc ratio... really panic & frustrated to see such report , what does it mean ??, somethign serious to be address immediatly ??.. Please help , we have 2 kids - son 3.5 yrs old , daughter - 7 months now.. other than cough she is fine , can work , tc of kids , no fever or nothing ..iam attaching reports here .. pls check asap and advise what to do ..

I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the reports you have attached.
She is having healed fibrotic lesions.
Tuberculosis after treatment heal by either fibrosis or calcification.
So she is having fibrosis from the healed tb lesion.
And fibrosis is kind of dead tissue. It can not take part in lung functions. And hence functions are reduced. So her lung capacity is reduced.
No need to worry much for this because this is very common after tuberculosis.
No long term complications of this. For this at present she needs antihistamine drugs for coughing.

Thankyou sir. So what we shoudl expect from our doctor visit next. Another round of tests or just medics ?.. Really worried is there somethign else and gettign frustrated, but your message made me to calm down.. Thanks a lot !!
Perfect , he gave few inhalers and tablets for 30 days..told it was some block .. Hope she will be alright soon.. thank you sir..
