Question: I did CBC recently and found WBC count higher than normal range. I had Typhoid 2.5 years back and post that I have been getting fever, sore throat and body ache very regularly.

My Calcium count is also less 8.7 that is close to lower range 8.4-12. I have started Vitamin D3 and calcium tablets.

Brief Answer:
Reports are normal, try home remedies.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I understand your concerns. I have looked through your reports and are normal.

Your symptoms can be due to:

- Stress: You can try some deep breathing exercises, walking or jogging.

- Poor diet: Include fresh fruits like apple, banana, pine apple etc and vegetables like green leafy vegetable, brinjal etc in your diet. Drink plenty of water.

- Inadequate sleep: You should have atleast 6 to 8 hours of sleep.

- Your calcium count is also okay but as you have started vitamin D3 and calcium i would suggest you take it for 1 month and stop. Instead walk for half an hour in sunlight between 11 am to 3 pm.

The above remedies will help you to improve your immunity.

I hope this answered your query.
