Brief Answer:
Your symptoms can be tackled easily with better medicines.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
You are on ART and your CD4 count is above 350 cells. Your viral load is undetectable. So nothing to worry much.
Your stomach problem could be managed easily as with an immunocomperent person. Ciprofloxacin or Ofloxacin can be preferred over Tab. Azithromycin.
Your weight loss could be due to newer food habits.
Consume good amounts of protein along with fruits and vegetables to increase weight and immunity.
Other parameters of blood are within normal limits. Your previous CD4 counts will be useful to assess the treatment effectiveness.

Brief Answer:
Adequately cooked food are not infectious.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Meat when cooked becomes safe as well as groceries. Avoid eating uncooked food without washing properly. Especially fruits eatable with skin should be washed properly. Moreover your CD4 count is more than 350. It is not much to worry about Opportunistic infections.
If you take palatable food you will be happy.
