Brief Answer:
Your MRI brain shows age related changes slightly early than in others

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. The MRI brain suggests changes which is usually seen in elderly people above 60 years of age. If you are 57 years old then it might be slightly early to have these changes. However this is not a serious concern and will not affect your health in any significant way.

2. OPIPROL contains opipramol which is a medicine used to treat symptoms of anxiety and depression.

3. DESVAL-ER contains Divalproex which is a medication given for epilepsy and psychiatric symptoms.

4. It is important to know from when you are having these symptoms and the duration of treatment with OPIROL and DESVAL ER.

5. If you are having heavy head, tastelessness then it might be because of the medicines. You should continue taking these medicines under recommendation of your doctor. These medicines have been given to you after clinical examination and might be required. The toothache is unlikely to be due to the medicine. Please consult a dentist to know if you have tooth problems. You might take a multivitamin capsule once daily for your general health.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
