Brief Answer:
Your doctor is right / test more to be sure
Detailed Answer:
Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic
It is very likely to be a normal variant
Any investigation – ECG included – must be correlated with the total clinical picture for proper interpretation.
Your symptoms do not suggest heart disease
You are too young for Coronary / too old for congenital disease!
The changes can be explained by Left Axis deviation / which in turn may be a normal variation; early disease of nerve (Conduction system) or left sided chamber enlargement.
HOLTER (24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring) / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) / LABORATORY work-up – may all be done for further assessment, assistance and reassurance.
The treating doctor may suggest them depending on need, based on his assessment of the situation.
Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
