Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen all the attached reports. The BMD report suggests osteoporotic changes in the spine- means the back is more prone to pain and fractures. There is decreased bone density in leg bones also.
The X-ray mild age related degenerative changes in the spine and reduction in disc space at level L5-S1. This causes a low back pain sometimes radiating to the legs.
Further bone thinning can be prevented with proper treatment and calcium supplements. Oral muscle relaxants will help in decreasing the back pain. You can consult an orthopedician for proper treatment.
