What Do Swollen Lumps On The Tail Bone Indicate?

Question: I have had 2-3 lumps on either side of my tailbone that don't usually hurt, but they are small, pea-sized bruises. Today I noticed some mild swelling and a 3 inch bruise that spans across the lumps and the top of my tailbone, and I am in pain. It hurts to sneeze, sit up or turn.
