What Do Small Red Spots On Penis Head Indicate?

Question: I have small red spots on the head of my penis which come and go....I have an enlarged prostate and when I pee I sometimes dribble and it gets damp under my foreskin....could that be a reason ? They do not itch .

I think you need to consult a urologist for your problem . It looks like some irritative dermatitis due to dampness.He will check the residual urine in bladder and try to improve the urine flow by altering the medications. Getting the urine tested for infection and blood sugar are also needed. Overall it does not seem to be a serious problem
