default
Posted on Fri, 31 Oct 2014
Question: I have two small spots on my right arm that look like a small rash with tiny blisters. They do not itch at all, my right arm feels sore and aches as if it was bruised but it is not. I also have a headache and my back aches and has for several days. Not sire if those two things are related but those are all of my symptoms.

Brief Answer:
hi and welcome

Detailed Answer:
If there wants some injury or scratch which could have caused infection then it is likely to be herpes infection and less likely some other viral infection such s molluscum. I suggest to apply aciklovir cream first and see if this helps. If,not then you should try with steroid ointments and do biopsy and blood tests. In every case this doesn't look serious at this point, just keep this area clean and from my experience this is the beginning of skin herpes activation which usually goes with systemic symptoms such as headache, fatigue and fever. Wish you good health. Regards
