Brief Answer:
It's likely to be an allergic reaction.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
Your photographs are very clear. The problem you have, seems to look like an allergic reaction on the foreskin. That must be examined by a Urologist, especially when it's itching. Red blisters around the thigh, and waist needs to be seen, when it appears, for which you can consult a dermatologist or skin specialist.
If the foreskin is repeatedly causing problems, the best way to get treated is, get it removed by a simple, minor operation called circumcision.
Hope your doubt is cleared.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for the response. The issue with my thighs and waist happens when more sweat and heat is generated and around the same time or probably due to this the penis issue also happens and perhaps there could be some other issue with the penis.

Dear Sir,

I forgot to mention that after intercourse my wife also gets this - as she complain of itching, burning sensation and some white discharge.

Brief Answer:
wife must see a gynecologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
It's good you have mentioned about your wife's symptoms. She must see a gynecologist as early as possible. She's very likely to have a vaginal infection, which needs treatment. Avoid intercourse, till her treatment is over. You may be advised simultaneous treatment to cure the infection.
Hope your doubt is cleared.

Dear Sir,

As advised both my wife and me visited a gynecologist and an Urologist. The gynecologist has given some medicines and she is a lot better, the Urologist has told that I have herpes which I have read is a STI but I have not gone out in that case how can I get Herpes? to this the urologist replied he does not know.

Would like to know your thoughts on this.

Brief Answer:
See another Urologist with blood VDRL,HbsAg and HIV.

Detailed Answer:
It's good your wife's better after gynecologist treatment.
If your Urologist feels you've herpes and does not have answer how you acquired, get your blood VDRL, HIV and HbsAg tested again. If they are negative just stay calm. Herpes has a varied presentation and not only sexually transmitted as commonly thought of. It can transmitted by person to person contact. I suggest you to see a internal medicine doctor for better opinion. Urologist will not be able to figure out the exact mode of transmission as they do not deal with these cases on daily basis.
