Brief Answer:
Can be due to iron or vitamin C defficiencies

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately.

Based on the history you have shared, these sores are usually due to iron or vitamin C defficiencies. Though other possibilities like trauma or fungal infections do occur. But to start with, kindly use supplements of vitamin C and iron which are available OTC and use citrus fruits or fresh fruit drinks as these are rich in vitamin C.

For sores, you can use local anesthetic oral gels keeping then pain free and moist. If problem persists kindly get a review with an oral physician to rule out any infective cause to be treated with antibiotics or anti fungal.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
