Question: After I masturbated a few days ago, I noticed thin paper like cuts around my foreskin. Maybe about 5 or 6 spanning around my penis. Little, but noticeable. They hurt very badly afterwards, but after 24 hours the pain was gone and I could retract, although the cuts are still noticeable. I've been putting aloe vera and antibiotic cream on it, but am a little worried.

Using creams or ointments containing anti fungal like miconazole, anti bacterial like neomycin and corticosteroid like hydrocortisone will be helpful for this. Aloe vera is good for this also. If no improvement with aloe vera you can go for this combination cream.
What antibiotic cream you are using? can you specify its contents?
Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the are as it can increase the dryness and irritation. You can use just warm water for washing.
