Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms do not seem to be related to any cardiac disorders.

Your performed cardiac tests have excluded any possible cardiac disorders.

So relax and don't worry about it!

You should know that anxiety as also physical activity can activate the sympathetic nervous system, leading to increased levels of adrenaline and noradrenaline, thus causing increased heart rate and also ectopic heart beats which are felt as palpitations.

But this is a normal physiological reaction, which happens in every healthy person.

I would just recommend check your thyroid hormone levels as thyroid dysfunction can mimic this clinical scenario.

Hope to have been helpful!

Feel free to ask me again whenever you need!

Kind regards,

Dr.Iliri

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

Your symptoms seem to be related to a nerve irritation (maybe a pinched nerve).

Inflammation or musculo-skeletal pain can not be excluded either.

Are your symptoms modulated by body changes or respiration? This would be indicative of a musculo-skeletal issue or inflammation.

In such case ibuprofen 400mg would help relieve the pain.

If the problem persists, I recommend consulting with your attending physician for some tests:

- complete blood count, PCR, ESR
- a nerve conduction study to exclude a pinched nerve.

Hope to have been helpful!

If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask me again!

Wishing all the best,

Dr. Iliri

Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows :

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

Regarding your concern I would explain that this pain could be related to different causes :

-tooth ache ( pain triggered by biting in tha
-temporaro- mandibulary junction (pain triggered by mouth opening or mastication)
-irritation of the mandibular nerve ( in such case the pain would be shooting or like electric shock)
- a cervical intervertebral disk bulging ( especially if associated to neck pain, triggered by neck movement ).

So, I would like to know more about the characteristics of your pain, to come into conclusions about the most probable underlying causes.

Anyway, no one of these disorders is concerning.

I would exclude any cardiac disorders.

So, relax and don't worry about it!

Kind regards,
