Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that these are probable X-ray finding which needs further evaluation by a CT as these can be due to various causes like a soft tissue mass or a bony opacity or can be some lung pathology.

Right para cardiac means it's on the right side side of the heart. Dangerous or not depends upon the diagnosis.
