Brief Answer:
Repeat semen analysis after month, rule out vericocele

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
Total sperm count is less, normal forms are slightly less and dead is 50 to 60 which is more. Pus cells are more indicating towards genitourinary infection.
Genitourinary infection can be responsible for decreased total count as well as decreasing normal forms.
So I would suggest you to take course of antibiotic like tablet norflox 400 mg twice daily for five days and repeat the semen analysis after a month with three days of sexual abstinence.
Other possibility of increased dead sperm is varicocele. Sectoral ultrasound is required to rule out this.
Hope this helps
