Brief Answer:
need to get a Chest X-ray and PFT done.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on HealthcareMagic.
I can understand your concern.

Black mucus is known as hemoptysis.
Most common cause for hemoptysis is bronchitis. Other common cause is tuberculosis.
So please consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, chest X-ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test)..

If chest X-ray is normal then no need to worry for tuberculosis. If PFT is also normal then no need to worry for bronchitis.

Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

If chest x ray and PFT are normal then no need to worry much.
Yeast cells in sputum is non specific. They are mostly due to contamination. And we don't consider yeast cells harmful in sputum.
Blackish sputum is mostly due to some blood in it. This blood can be due to friction bleeding from coughing.
Bronchoscopy would be diagnostic if Blackish sputum is persistent.
