Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir
Her homocysteine levels are marginally high. In present day cardiology neither homocysteine nor CRP has established it self as a risk marker for vascular diseases. They do not provide any incremental value over classical markers.
Her HDL cholesterol and apo-lipoprotein A1 are low. It can be best managed by exercise, optimal weight and fish intake.
Lipoprotein-A, Amylase, Rheumatoid antibodies, testosterone, lipase, kidney function test, liver function tests & thyroid profile are normal.
Vitamin D is low and needs supplementation. Vitamin B12 is at lower limit. She needs to take fish/ meat / milk or milk products.
HbA1C is high. If she is a diabetic. it is good control but if she is not a known diabetic, this report suggests that she is one and need treatment for diabetes.
Mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration is marginally low, which is explainable by low iron and folic acid levels both of which require oral supplementation.
Level of heavy metals are within normal limits of lab.
Overall her HbA1c, vitamin D, iron, folic acid and B12 levels require to be monitored and she needs a physician consultation for same.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
