Brief Answer:
Hypertension

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You are concerned about your blood pressure being up slightly this morning. This is not dangerous. Your overall blood pressures are still within normal limits. Your pressures maybe elevated due to pain. I would recommend that you try acetaminophen to help with the headache and recheck your blood pressures over the next few days. The definition or hypertension is a consistent blood pressure of 140 on the top number and greater than 90 on the bottom number. These elevations must be over 3 different readings on different days.

Your two readings that were high are not at dangerous levels that would cause a stroke.

I would recommend doing home pressures over the next few days. Also start a low salt diet. Regular exercise of walking 30 mins daily and if needed lose weight if over weight.

Brief Answer:
dizziness

Detailed Answer:
There must be something else gong on here like labyrinthinitis or benign postural vertigo. I would recommend that you see your medical provider to further investigate your symptoms. Your symptoms are not related to the blood pressure.

I hope this helps

Brief Answer:
it can wait

Detailed Answer:
Yes you can wait until next week. In the mean time you can try meclizine from your local pharmacy to help with the dizziness. It should be OTC
