Brief Answer:
Bicornuate uterus needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concerns about bicornuate uterus and irregular periods.

Irregular periods are not due to bicornuate uterus. If it was because of bicornuate uterus, she should have had irregular periods all her life which is not the case.

Irregular periods are due to probable increase in weight recently. Weight loss should regulate periods.

Bicornuate uterus needs to be evaluated by hysterolaparoscopy. Please get it done to know how bad is bicornuate uterus and whether adequate space is available for carrying pregnancy.

Let me know if you need any more help.

Dr. Soumya
