Question: Have just come off long release oxycodone 60 mgs a day two weeks ago but still am feeling sick
My blood pressure is low and heart rate high cannot stand for lon

What was it for?
I hope you withdrew the drug gradually. If not, these symptoms are due to sudden withdrawal. But now that you have been brave enough to do it, stick to it and fight it out.
Tell yourself that this will pass. Exercise will help--force yourself to at least walk. You will have discomfort but it will do you no harm.
And don't go back to medication. At the XXXXXXX you can take some Tylenol to tide you over.
You can revert back.

So the fast heart rate when moving around low blood pressure breathlessness and feelings of passing out after two weeks off opioids is still withdrawals? I did not taper as the reaction I was having to them after three years became unbearable
Will this all pass as I cannot get out of bed for long periods due to withdrawals

Hi, Yes these are all withdrawal signs especially as you have low and not high blood pressure.
Oxycodeine acts on the brain and is addicting. So withdrawal is bound to create problems for a while.
