I have perused your attached laboratory reports.
I have also studied your previous interactions with Dr XXXXXXX on this forum.
When a person presents to me with complaints similar to yours, I order the following tests in addition to a thorough physical examination:
CMP
TSH
Free T4
8 am serum cortisol
HbA1c
Plasma Free Metanephrines (PFM)
And if your menstrual cycles are irregular, then a Prolactin level would be helpful.
PFM is a useful screening test for a rare condition called Pheochromocytoma which is characterised by spells of symptoms similar to the ones you are experiencing.
None of these tests require fasting. However one of the tests (cortisol) needs to be done at 8 am in the morning but still fasting is not necessary. This is presuming you have conventional sleep-wake pattern i.e. you sleep at night and wake in the mornings, as opposed to night sift workers for instance.
This test will give us a fair idea as to whether or not you have adrenal insufficiency. Adrenal fatigue is an incorrect medical term and a myth as such.
