Brief Answer:
Check thyroid and adrenal function;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I can understand your concern.
As infections are excluded as a cause of your symptoms I would suggest to check thyroid function and adrenal function.
An under active thyroid or adrenal insufficiency may be the cause of chronic fatigue.
Except of a detailed clinical examination i would suggest the below tests;
-Blood glucose and HbA1c
-Full blood count and ESR
-Protein C reactive
-Electrolytes (Na, Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium).
-TSH, Ft4
- Synacten stimulation test.
Discuss with your treating physician about the above mentioned pathologies and exams.
Hope the information will help.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
