Brief Answer:
ovaries removed how long back?

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Welcome to HCM,

It could be vaginal infection, or abnormal uterine bleed. you need to be checked by a Gynaecologist.

Burning makes it more towards infections.

Do you have dryness of vagina? how long back did you have ovaries removed?

Kindly revert back with your answers so that I can help you

Regards.

Brief Answer:
do not worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Welcome to HCM,

The discharge could be due to vaginal dryness and irritation due to estrogen withdrawal after ovarian removal.

Also would advise a ultrasound pelvis just to rule out endometrial thickening (lining of the womb).

Sometimes in perimenopausal women there can be endometrial thickening or polyp that may present as bleeding (dark blood). But its unlikely in you as your ovaries are already removed.

But better to get a internal examination and a pelvic ultrasound done and rule out infection and endometrial problem.

one more thing do you have any burning when you pass urine?Or a tingling sensation and lower abdominal pain?

hope this helps.
Regards.
