Brief Answer:
Acne rosacea common

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Do you have irregullar periods, are you gaining weight? Do you notice hair on the face?
If these are redbumps with redness around the surrounding skin not responding to conventional treatment mostly like Acne rosacea.
I suggest to upload pictures here.
They need high patience and less stress to vanish. I find at least 6 months for them to treat by special modalities.
You should definitely meet a good dermatologist who are trained to treat them.

Brief Answer:
Dermatologist treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for sharing the pictures.
They look like Acne rosacea and I could find that the neighboring skin was also changed because of various treatments tried.
I suggest a dermatologist treatment as medications are prescription based and nothing can be tried over the counter. It would further damage the skin.
So be patient, trust in the dermatologist that you choose.

Brief Answer:
Just apply ice coupled with calamine lotion for itching

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You do not have a serious issue to go to ER. You need a clinic based care by a Dermatologist. Take an office appointment with one.
For the itching you can apply calamine lotion that will soothen. You can apply cold base like frozen peas to calm itching.
