Brief Answer:
Pause MF can help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
From the history it seems that you are having Dysfunctional uterine bleeding. The irregular and heavy bleeding that you are having can be due to uterine fibroids, polyps or hormonal disturbances. For diagnosis, you need to have an ultrasound scan of your lower abdomen and some blood tests.
In this scenario, you may take oral hemostatic agents like tranexamic acid to arrest bleeding along with some anti spasmodic medication to get relief from cramp. You can get Pause MF from a nearby pharmacy. You can start with OCPs f possible.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

I plan to go to the ER as I am traveling. Will they take this seriously enough to give me an ultrasound there and any blood work? I am in NY as I grew up here but work overseas in Abu Dhabi, UAE and fly back in 3 days. Need to get this worked out as I have to go back to work in 3 days.

what hospital near Scarsdale New York do you recommend to go to? Or what urgent care?

Brief Answer:
You can get hormonal pills there.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
All the detailed tests might not be possible in emergency care. But you will get hemostatics and hormonal pills for stopping the bleeding. It is best to consult a gynecologist after referral from your primary physician. I cannot personally recommend you a hospital as I do not belong to US.
Hope my answer is helpful.
